On July 20 Stephanie Gloodt from Bellyful Boards teamed up with Denise Walden to present a delightful two-part workshop on charcuterie boards and floral design at Walden Floral's shop! During the class, attendees explored the fascinating history of charcuterie and its trendy resurgence in recent times.
The hands-on workshop provided a fun-filled experience, elevating entertaining skills and creating unforgettable moments around the table. As participants savored the flavors and celebrated the beauty of charcuterie together, they felt inspired to create their own Instagram-worthy masterpieces at home. They learned how to curate a mouthwatering assortment of cured meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh fruits, crunchy nuts, and delectable condiments, all designed to impress guests and leave them satisfied.
After preparing their artfully arranged charcuterie, the attendees then moved on to designing beautiful summer blooms in a reusable wine chiller. The gorgeous blooms included lavender roses, magenta stocks, hot pink roses, and white accent flowers. A feast for the eyes!
Everyone left the class that evening with a full board of yummies, a beautiful flower arrangement, and good memories with new and old friends.
